Selling my first home was not only an emotional experience, it represented a large portion of my equity. As such I am SO happy I elected to sell through Chris Rhode for this important milestone. Chris was phenomenal. He reads people accurately – Chris instinctively knew what mattered to me and what could be glossed over. He didn’t bother with details that would have added unnecessary cost although he clearly explained marketing options which he knew would make a difference. And they did. The process was not all smooth sailing with different buyers and hiccups along the way, however Chris has exceptional communication skills, even when he has to convey uncomfortable information. In the end, I believe he achieved a very favourable outcome for all involved. Above all, Chris is an extraordinary negotiator and when you’re dealing with such an important transaction, this is what you pay for. If it were possible, I wouldn’t ever use anyone else.
