Team Rice - getting it done

Based on Chris' feedback on my previous projects and excellent market knowledge we gave him the opportunity on this project. Both Chris and Taj were complete pros right from the beginning. We presented them with a good property, presented well and they did the rest. Officially I believe it was about 2 days on the market before we were presented with multiple offers. Chris then went about getting us the best price and conditions with our chosen buyer. Communication was excellent throughout. We were completely in the loop from start to finish and felt no need to ask for anything. We will absolutely work with Chris and Taj again.
