It's always very handy for a Sydney purchaser to have a credible agent with local knowledge who can assist with comparable sales for the area, but also an extensive network of trades, sub-contractors, builders etc... who are able to assist with our renovation and future sub-division. Chris was very professional, he knew his stuff and i would say on this particular transaction he went above and beyond the typical levels of service that a purchaser would expect.
