I wanted to sell my block, so like anyone I asked for a few opinions from different agents. Of the four I enquired with, 2 never got back to me - I had to chase them up (even then they weren't interested), one spoke down to me and made me feel like he assumed I had no idea what I was doing,then there was Chris. He was the only agent who treated me with respect, made me feel like a friend rather than a 'vendor' and actually listened to what I want. Chris got to list my land not because the other agents were unprofessional and simply rude, it was because he genuinely believed he could sell it and he made me a promise that he would be everything I needed in an agent. Needless to say he delivered! Chris achieved a price that was more than others told me I would get, he kept in touch, he answered my random questions and he had fun with it. One thing I can say about him is he absolutely loves what he does. It's evident in his results and in the way he approaches every aspect of his role as an agent.
