Buying a house from a different state is a very complicated endeavour yet Chris made it as simple as it could be. He was able to help with the extra people I needed to help get it all over the line when I was stuck in Victoria. As well as knowing what he was doing with the sale, he was able to provide that extra personal touch to make some of the issues that arose as easy as possible for me.
