I had zero dealings in person, except several emails asking me to 'rate my agent' (I had a different agent). I was passed on via phone by my agent, in regards to an email from my conveyancer. The phone call went for some length and as I could see the situation was not going to change, I tried to end the call and said I had to leave. I explained that I was aware of what he was saying, however the phone call continued. I did not appreciate the tone of voice used and I ended up having to terminate the call. I was later sent a long text saying that if I did not remove my review within 24 hours 'action' would be taken. I was then told there were were no negative reviews of this person (I can only imagine due to receiving such a text).
