Buying and selling a house is a deeply personal experience. Not only as a couple but also as individuals. The narrative behind the story of how you came to this decision to buy and sell in the same market is incredibly nuanced with several very subtle issues, which are often not visible during the initial stages of the campaign. From the get go Chris seemed to be intuitive enough to recognise these subtleties and work his magic to keep both parties feeling as though they were heard and respected and on the same team, so to speak. From my perspective Chris is hard working, honest and incredibly sensitive to any issues that arise without judgment. Throughout our campaign I genuinely felt as though I had someone in my corner. Someone whom I could totally trust and rely on, who never gave up and continued to offer positive support and advice and keep the momentum alive, even when we as a couple were not convinced about a positive outcome. Thankfully for us we did achieve the results we were seeking and I contribute this largely to Chris’s diligence, perseverance and drive to achieve a suitable outcome for his clients.
