Chris has been a pleasure to deal with. We are from Victoria, and it felt like we had a family member, who is in the business, helping us at every corner. From our first interaction, Chris gave us honest and accurate insight into what ever question that we threw at him. Beginning with the condition, location and possibilities of the property that we were interested in, and culminating in, checking in, more than once, after the property had settled, just to ensure both we and the vendor were comfortable and happy with the result. I was so impressed with Chris' communication, he always answered when I called, or got back to me as soon as possible. Something that is promised often nowadays, but not always delivered. Chris would listen to our questions and then offer solutions, or follow up if necessary. Chris introduced us, at our request, to people that we needed to assist us in our unseen interstate purchase, and everyone of them was, like Chris, great to deal with. I absolutely thank Chis for assisting us with our purchase, wish him well for the future, and highly recommend him as an honest, accomplished and genuine man.
