Chris had all the bells and whistles for this property online, so was easy for me to view the ins and outs of the property from my location in N.E. Victoria. Chris enabled my sister to inspect the property, take pictures etc. So by the time I was able to view the property first hand had all the information at hand and was confident then to put an offer in. COVID didn't help, but Chris was very obliging in opening the house when I visited Lakes Entrance. he was very helpful, professional and communitive.
