Chris was a great agent to deal with in the sale of our home. He was good at communicating everything that was happening throughout the whole sales process. There were a few small hiccups along the way with lights left on, doors left unlocked and in one instance a door left open. However Chris was happy to take the feedback on board to prevent this from happening again. He is an agent that definitely has a wealth of knowledge and does his best to ensure that you understand what you are getting yourself into with the sale of a home, and striving to ensure that you get the best sales price for your home. Chris was most helpful in assisting us in securing the property we have purchased. As the Vendors requested extended settlement , Chris and his team were most helpful in finding a property for us to rent in the short term, while awaiting settlement on our Purchase.

Selling and buying can be stressful but from the moment we met Chris at the first consultation it was clear his communication was great, he had great knowledge of the area and really took the time to understand what was important to us as a customer.
