Chris made us feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning - he is honest and knowledgeable about the local market and was able to provide advice and recommendations that helped us with both our sale and also with our subsequent purchase. It is easy to see that Chris genuinely loves his job and cares about people, and is not another slimy salesman who is just out to glean the maximum commission then toss his client to the side. He was in contact with us almost daily in the lead-up to our open house and was always just a phone call away when I needed a second opinion on matters outside of our sale such as mortgage and loan preparations.
