Chris was a true professional from the first moment we met him at the open home, he knew the property attributes, the local market, comparables and potential growth opportunities for the area. He was great to deal with and as experienced investors worked with us and his vendors to ensure a seamless process that achieved a great result for his vendor also ensuring the property exchanged that afternoon. His follow ups over the next week to ensure everything was in order and always willing to assist and go above and beyond to ensure that all parties were happy was outstanding. Even after the unconditional exchange he has been accomodating and worked with us on all matters to ensure a smooth transaction.
