Relatively straightforward for a first time seller

My mum and I first met Chris about 12 months before the sale of my mum's house when we wanted an appraisal. Chris was approachable and knowledgeable. He provided us with the information we needed and a bit more (but not too much) which I found to be a very good insight into the potential future sales process. After that initial meeting my mum said she’d be happy to use him as the agent when she did decide to sell her house. I was in agreement with her, and even more so when I discovered Chris is a person of his word. So when the time came to sell, the decision to go with Chris and his team was relatively easy. They went through the sales process in detail and answered all our questions. Throughout the sale process Chris was in contact with regular updates, and everything went as planned. A few things came up during the settlement period that were unexpected but that was more to do with me being completely inexperienced as a seller. Chris explained these things to me when they arose. I am certainly more aware from the experience. I am happy to recommend Chris Saleh and the team!
