Exceeded our expectations

After meeting Chris, we felt comfortable about the sale of our house. When you have been in a house for 25 years and raised a family, it can be hard to make that decision to sell, Chris enabled us to feel happier with his compassion and professionalism. After discussing the price, the timing and the process he was able to negotiate a very favourable outcome for us. Chris was helpful all the way through, from waiting for us to get the house ready, advice before the sale, and up to the end of the sale process. He let us know that he was only a phone call away for any questions that may come up whilst waiting for the open house and afterwards. Chris negotiated a sale immediately after the open house, saving us the inconvenience of buyers wanting to inspect the house. We would recommend Chris to anyone wishing to sell their house.
