Chris Storey is a very professional agent. He provided a very accurate valuation. [I had a bad experience in the past, in which the agent gave me an unrealistic valuation, and then found incredible excuses for not being able to sell at that price and putting pressure to lower the asking price. So, I think providing a realistic valuation is extremely important.] Before we hired him as agent, he explained his approach in detail, and he then did exactly what he told us he would do. When we got a close-to-asking-price offer we wondered if we should accept it, but Chris told us that he was confident in his valuation and he could get us a better offer if we were willing to wait a bit more. He was right! We got a much better offer at the end. The whole process was smooth, and Chris was very transparent about everything, since he put the house on the market until settlement.
