I am unhappy to have discovered that there was an issue with unapproved earth works, leading to a risk of land subsidence. The vendors solicitor attempted to aggressively suppress the affected neighbour from revealing this information, and according to the solicitor and the neighbour Chris knew about this.

Chris was very helpful. He rang me many times in the process of negotiating a price for the sale of my house. He was always polite and courteous and I would highly recommend him for any future sales.
