When we started thinking about selling our home we touched base with Chris and Kathy to discuss their views about our home, and how it placed in the market. We also did this with several other agents. It was evident that Chris and Kathy knew their stuff. They didn't overpromise, gave us realistic expectations based on comparable data, and honest feedback about our house, which we liked. From there when we decided to work with Chris and Kathy our house was sold for a top result, and off the market.
