Working with Chris seemed so hassle free. It was our first time selling a house and Chris made it seem so easy. He seemed to do all the hard work and all we had to do was sign the dotted line. He called or text on a regular basis to keep us up to date on potential buyers and the whole paperwork process. Couldn't have asked for a better person to look after the sale of our house
