Being a first time buyer I was very suprised with Chris's knowledge and eagerness to answer all of my questions as I have spoekn to agents previously didnt know much about the property they were selling. Chris answered all my queries both in person and via email so promptly. Going through the process of purchasing the property Chris made so much effort to get me the best price possible whilst working with the vendor. After securing the property Chris consistently kept in touch and got me the contract of sale and process of securing deposit and working with the conveyancer which made the whole process so effortless. Right up until settlement Chris allowed me to have a final inspection and followed up all my queries. He went above and beyond to get me keys for settlement day and made sure everything was secure on settlement day. Would highly recommend Chris for any future property purchase and would refer him to friends/family as he was so easy to work with.
