Chris also did an excellent job negotiating with potential buyers and navigating some unexpected challenges in the market, particularly around the NSW Budget announcements and the uncertainty this created for buyers at the time. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, and our’s came with its own level of personal complexity, which added another layer of difficulty to the process. Chris handled the situation with professionalism, sensitivity and respect, while keeping the focus on achieving the best possible outcome for the property.
