Working with Chris was very easy. He kept us up to date with all enquiries and he made us both feel comfortable going forward with our Auction. During our Auction, both Chris and Jason were informative and this made the end result more than what we had expected. We would highly recommend both Chris and Jason, if you are buying or selling.

Chris was very up to date with market value within the area . Super helpful and his communication was spot on , we never felt we were in the dark.

Chris was a delight to deal with, he made everything clear and professional in the purchase of my property, I would recommend him to anyone.

My partner John and I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris to purchase our new home. As first-time established home buyers we were initially overwhelmed by the process but Chris made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Chris was extremely helpful and his willingness to assist us was evident. He went above and beyond to address any concerns we had and guided us through each step with patience and expertise. Importantly, he was never pushy or over the top, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. His knowledge and dedication were truly impressive, and we felt supported throughout the entire journey. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy a home. His professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for his clients make him an outstanding estate agent.

We would highly recommend Chris if you are in the market to buy or sell. His communication with us was always very professional and he worked closely with the buyer to get us a great price for our home.

Chris recently sold our property after only being on the market for less than one month. Chris was always approachable, professional and personable. We were impressed with Chris’s knowledge of all things to do with selling and the property market

Chris was very patient and worked hard to achieve an agreement between buyer and seller. He was honest and up front. He maintained regular contact without being pushy. I would be more than happy to deal with Chris again as a purchaser or a vendor.

Kept us informed every step of the way. Did not overstate the interest in our property or leave us with an over exaggerated expectation of price.

Chris supplied all the insights and information we required to make a decision to purchase this property.

Chris was very knowledgeable, easy going but highly professional. He made the normally tedious real estate experience comfortable and was in contact with us on a frequent basis to keep us up-to-date with the sale.

Great communicator. Does his job well, most agents do the bare minimum.

Chris took up my sale eith alacrity and sold it for more than I expected. I was very happy both with the way he communicated with me and the result he achieved. I would have no hesitation to recommend him.
