Chris was professional in the initial dealings. We do feel he was rather protective of the seller and not fair in our requests for work to be done after the initial survey showed water issues in both showers, described as "major" by his suggested inspection company. I feel that he misunderstood our requests and referenced us that we could not withdraw from the offer, even though we never stated that we would withdraw. He needs to show more impartiality between seller and buyer, his emails left us doubting whether our opinions were no longer important which made us feel that "who paid him hit his support", which left s bad taste in our dealings with Chris.
