Chris Utley was exemplary from the moment we first met with him. From the first step he was very well prepared, had a fantastic knowledge of the area in which we were selling, and took the time to first and foremost listen to what we wanted to do. Once he had an idea of our expectations, Chris made sure that he not only met them, but he also exceeded them. He had a plan from the onset and worked tirelessly to deliver beyond our expectations. And deliver he did. Chris was paramount in us achieving well above our reserve price (something he had also achieved for our next-door neighbours). He was open and trustworthy and always made sure we knew what was happening. He explained each process and took all our doubts and concerns into consideration. Out of all the agents we met with as a family, Chris was the one who stood out and we are so glad we picked him. No matter what problem we ran into, Chris had a solution and made sure every step of the process of selling our house was smooth and easy.
