Best Selling Agent Ever

Chris gave us a sales appraisal that I quietly felt was a bit optimistic, but went along with it based on her sales record. Our tenant made things tricky for a start but once he was out she quickly had 3 offers. It all happened quickly which was a saving for us so we happily accepted the offer that was only $4,000 less than the asking price. Great advice, great communication and lovely to deal with.
