Smooth negotiations and great communication through the process .

I was fortunate to purchase a property in the lovely area of Valla Beach in 2014. Christine Vincent from Valla Real Estate was the agent who kindly assisted me to do so. It involved several trips up from Sydney, often at short notice and sometimes with family members in tow. Christine was professional, informative, obliging and patient with my requests. From showing me multiple properties, advising me about their history, positives and potential, educating me about the area ( and the grid which was new to a city dweller ), nothing was a problem. I was a typically nervous and anxious buyer as it is a big decision both financially and emotionally but Christine was patient and empathetic throughout. Negotiations were streamlined. Christine exhibited an equal respect, understanding and fairness to both vendor and purchaser. I chose to rent out the property until my circumstances allowed me to relocate.
