The best real estate agent that i have delt with in Albany

Chris knows his stuff. He is enthusiastic, confident (but definitely not pushy) and very professional. Relaxed and easy to communicate with as he explained everything clearly, always kept us up-to-date , was honest with his opinions but also listened to our needs. His patience and ultimately the very successful, smooth sale helped ease some of the sadness of selling our parents home. Would recommend Chris to anyone and will certainly choose him again.
