Chris came to our first meeting so well prepared he had certainly done very thorough research. Based on his experience he recommended an approach and it worked. After only 2 weeks on the market we had several offers. Chris kept us informed every step of the way and best of all got us a great price. Chris is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent who is really passionate about what he does and is dedicated to his role Thoroughly recommend Chris. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris.

Chris sold the family home for me 22 years ago and when the time came to sell again I had no hesitation in reaching out to Chris to act as our agent once again. Like a fine wine gets better with aging so has Chris. Chris was fantastic once again during the whole process ,he made sure we completely understood the marketing and selling process including current and recent sales in the area, provided a realistic expected selling price range, what our selling costs will be in total basically he made sure there were not any unexpected negative outcomes for us. One outstanding attribute Chris has is his communication he kept us fully informed with regular updates on the sale campaign and passed on all feedback from possible buyers after each open house. Chris removed or at least reduced the stress of selling from me and I am grateful he obtained a good price. I highly recommend Chris to any prospective seller.

This is the second time Chris has sold a property on my behalf. I found Chris to keep me informed at all times on the progress of the sale, negotiating strongly and achieving an outstanding result. Chris was always available to discuss my concerns and provide solid advice. Chris' expertise and market knowledge gave me the confidence that he was always acting in my best interest. His marketing strategy proved to be excellent.

Chris has been my agent for over 20 years and I could not recommend him more highly. Chris actually sold me this property 20 years ago and since then has helped me buy and sell a number of properties. I would not think of doing anything with my investment properties without talking to him first.

We bought the property off Chris 8 years ago and knew then that when we were ready to sell we would ask him to look after it for us. From our first meeting we felt confident on our way forward and the process was communicated clearly which played out as explained. We would recommend Chris to anyone that is looking for an agent that is contactable, keeps you up to date with in depth reports, follows through on all instructions, reduces the stress of selling and produces a great result.

Chris has just sold our apartment in less than two weeks and for a price that was well above what we anticipated. He was honest, available and happy to answer all my questions as a first time seller. Highly recommend Chris if you're selling and want a great experience.

Would like to thank Chris and his team for the friendly and professional way in which they conducted the sale of our property. Chris communicated with us all the way and his knowledge of the market is outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling

Chris was with us every step of the way and made sure we got the best possible outcome. His communication and negotiation skills are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble! Thanks for all your efforts in achieving this outstanding result.

It’s not the first time Chris has sold one of our properties. He is always open, honest, reliable and available with any concerns or questions we have. Our experiences are never anything but positive. That’s why we keep going back.

From the moment I met Chris, I knew he was the agent I wanted to sell my mother's unit. Apart from, or as well as, being a vibrant and interesting personality, Chris has excellent market knowledge and experience. He also explained the process clearly and concisely, so there were no surprises during the entire process. Chris provided regular, comprehensive feedback, and also responded to my questions patiently and thoroughly. He said from the beginning that he was available at anytime, showing this by opening the property outside the scheduled openings, so that potential purchasers were accommodated. Chris Walsh came from a personal recommendation, and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a selling or purchasing agent.

I first met Chris at an open for inspection of a house last month. He was nice and patient and when he saw I walked to the house myself, offered me another inspection the next day with my family. I decided to buy that house on the second inspection and negotiated the purchase over the following days. Chris’s charming personality and being genuine and reliable is impressive. So I asked him to handle the sale of my current home. Chris impressed me again with his dedication and efficiency while looking after the sale of my property. Working among the buyers actively he tried his best to secure a good deal for me. Amazingly, my property was sold just two weeks after it was listed on the market. That’s a fantastic result for me, couldn’t expect more and Chris’s excellent professional performance is the key for success. As Chris is so brilliant and helpful, I referred him to my colleague who needs help to sell her home and find a new place. Pretty confident Chris will be able to help her relocation. Chris, thanks again for all your help, you are a star! Wish you all the best! Christine Wang

When someone is passionate about their work it reflects in their performance. From the beginning to end Chris displayed his expertise with his market knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism, kept me updated at all times and I felt confident that he had everything under control which resulted in the sale of my house. Anyone wishing to sell their house would be very fortunate to have a real estate agent such as Chris.
