The rental team at LJ Hooker Woodford had been looking after our property for some years and we were very happy with their service so, when we decided to sell, I naturally asked for advice from them. This resulted in my being introduced to Chris Wease via phone and email. I quickly felt very comfortable with Chris's manner and ideas for how to go about the selling process and, by following his suggestions, we very quickly had a positive result. Chris was always available for a chat during the marketing process and he displayed patience and integrity when considering any ideas that I put forward. I would describe Chris as a very approachable and intelligent businessman with a good bedside manner. I would not hesitate to work with him again should the opportunity arise.
