I was going to write a letter to say how pleased Elaine who was selling her home and myself are with the service and help we had from Chris. He was patient with us both and always explained the steps needed to make the process of selling Elaine's home in Giralang also the arrangements to buy into the Masonic retirement village at kippax easy to understand.
