We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Chris Wilding. We did our own research on who is the best candidate to sell our property. Based on past experience, time, effort and how he promoted his listings, we found that Chris met all of the above and stood out from the rest. Chris spent time providing us with objective data and statistics of how much and how many homes sold in our area. He assured us that we'll be happy with the advertising. But when we saw our listing we were blown away. Our house looked amazing. We received 6 signed contracts. Our home went for auction and got 25% above reserve.
