Throughout the process Chris made it easy, he helped us find our dream house, once we did we then had some troubles due to the bank during COVID (extended wait periods) This wasn't an issue Chris was able to work with us and our bank on this and made it all work out in the end. After being put in the awkward position of potentially having to vacate a rental the owners decided to sell, we were unsure whether or not we would be in a position to turn our rental into our own.
