In February 2016 we began the process of selling our house at 21 Benalla Avenue Eynesbury. We contacted the two most active agents in Eynesbury and met them both. We found the most active agent to be rather "bullish" about their ability to sell, and a bit pushy regarding the price it could be listed at. Whereas our meeting with Chris Williams from PRD Melton was comfortable for the start, as he listened to our circumstances and explained what our price expectations would be. Throughout the 5 weeks sale listing, Chris was constantly communicating with us about the potential buyers inspecting our property, their comments, and any offers being received.
