Very disappointed in this agent
Very disappointed in this agent. He had no strategy to sell the house except to urge us to accept offers clearly below the market. In the end we ourselves found a buyer willing to offer a fair price and introduced him to Chris. A very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your reply. Whilst it is disappointing that you feel this way. I can only assume that your negative comments came after you asked me to reduce our selling fee after we had worked for nearly every weekend and most weekday's showing your home at both open homes and private viewings for over 6 months.
You were only ever presented with genuine offers that were submitted to me and at no time were you forced to accept them. The offers were only slightly below where the home eventually sold for in the end however as I pointed out you wanted me to reduce my fees and I did not agree with your proposal. I would like to point out that we are legally obligated to submit all offers for your home to you under the ACT Real Estate Legislation.
When we sold your home at 8 Gannon Place, Charnwood you couldn't have been happier with the service that we provided. The review that you gave read as follows: Professional and straightforward, no bullsh*t. Obtained a good price on our investment property. Couldn’t be happier. *****
I am sorry that you thought that it was necessary to write such a negative review when you were told "no" to your request to reduce our fees after 10 months of working to sell your home which included 6 months of actively marketing it. You were provided with constant buyer feedback that you chose to ignore but we continued to work in a co-operative and positive way with you to the very end. We never gave up trying to sell your home and we are disappointed that you feel the way you do because you didn't get the response you wanted when you asked a question about us reducing our already competitive fee structure that we had put in place to sell your home with which you were very pleased with at the time of engaging our services to sell your home.
