We cannot recommend Chris Wilson, and Cream Real Estate highly enough. After our friend needed to go into Aged Care, we were faced with the daunting task of selling her home. Cream were able to put us in touch with some fabulous professionals - maintenance, painters, carpet layers and gardeners - who made our friend's home look fabulous - and all the work was done at a reasonable price. Cream found the perfect buyer for the home and walked us through the negotiation process. We were very happy with the price achieved! The team are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kept us informed throughout all stages of the process. Just as important for us though, was the team's compassion, patience and kindness. They made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier.
