Chris Xu was an important part of a Ray White CBD team that recently sold our home via auction.

We met Chris when he assisted in 3 of the 5 open inspections that were conducted prior to our auction. He also attended a pre auction meeting which included the auctioneer. As a team member Chris was professional, polite, quiet & non-intrusive. Chris' strengths were clearly evident at the auction where he was the negotiator for the sale of the house to a couple from a non-English speaking background & whose English was limited. Through his ability to speak fluent Mandarin, Chris was instrumental in securing the sale at auction. We think that it would not have happened without him.
