I have been with Chris and his team for a couple of years. start from rental management of one of my property. and within a year, I have moved another 2 property under his rental management due to the great experience with his and his team's profession. This was the first sales i have done with him. and the experience is great. he is a well-knowledged and reliable agent. He is always giving you suggestions and alternatives once there is an issue. and work with you to make a best sale. he is not like those agents who only talks. he is down to the earth. looking at the stuff from the client point of view and the current market trends. I feel lucky knowing him. and looking forward to do more with Chris.
