We interviewed 4 agents prior to selecting Christene/ McGraph. They were all nice people however my wife and I wanted just a bit more than nice, we needed an agent that could give a guide on sell price but aim for the absolute max. We're not wealthy people and at this time in life we had just one shot to set ourselves up for retirement. After a one month campaign we went to auction, it's a rather terrifying experience but by then after 6 or 8 home opens we new we were in very capable hands, Christene kept us in the loop continually, gave us quality feedback and very professional advice when ever things got tricky.
