Christine goes above and beyond

I was trying to buy an apartment for my children - grown teenagers, but live overseas. I viewed one property that had had an offer already, and Christine recommended the apartment I ended up bidding for and winning. It was a scary process as i had not even been to an auction before, and i had to bid on the phone from New York. The person I nominated to bid on my behalf had a personal emergency, so couldn't help. Christine and her colleague stepped in to help make sure that I was still able to bid...much to the relief of my children. Christine was very communicative and helpful throughout. I know she would have been fair and balanced to every interested party. She always had the sellers best interest at heart - as is only right - but always made sure that all bidders were kept informed and given whatever information they needed.
