Christian provided positive energy to the whole campaign. Clear communication and feedback from potential buyers gave us confidence that we had chosen the right agents. Knowledge of the local market and especially within our residential estate was important to setting up the home for sale. Christian worked very closely with Hugh (the auctioneer) and the rest of the Ray White Team at openings, on following up potential buyers and ultimately on auction day. The team swelled to 5 on auction day and all active in the process especially in negotiating the winning bids. Our home sold for over our reserve. A great result!

Christian knocked on the door of my in-laws in Heathmont months after selling next door. With professionalism he guided us through the process of presenting a well lived in house that will need some extra care from the new owners. It sold at auction for a very acceptable price for my in-laws. Having proven his weight in gold he sold our well maintained and renovated house in Endeavour Hills way above our reserve.
