So much enthusiasm in one place!

As first time vendors, Christian was recommended to us by our property manager. He was on our side from the very beginning. He was promptly active finding a buyer for us, which he did in no time flat, and even got us above our asking price!! Always a plus in this day and age. As 'newbies' with regards to selling a property, Christian took the time to explain what was happening and what would happen in plain English, which can be a rarity, when you are dealing with not everyday happenings.
