Christian did an excellent job selling my Mum's unit. He is charismatic as well as very knowledgeable re Essendon area housing market. He was recommended to me and I am glad I went with his agency. The timing of the sale was unfortunate for me as the market was at a low point so the price achieved was below expectation. However Christian was honest and while realistic he didn't push me to lower the asking price just to make the sale. He was reliable and always rang after open house to let me know what had happened. One disappointment was that the cleaners didn't do a great job, even though they were asked to redo the job.

Christian came into our lives (my three sisters and I ) when our mother became very ill and needed a bed in a nursing facility. The house needed to be sold quickly and Christian was very understanding and moved quickly to meet our demands. Regular updates were provided to all four of us even on Australia day. Holly was also outstanding and kept us on board with meeting times. House sold within 2 and a half weeks a great effort by Christian and we cannot thank him enough.
