Over the recent years, Christian and his team have sold three properties for us in Moonee Ponds and Essendon. Without fail, on all occasions, he has managed to set pricing expectations and has ALWAYS nailed a sale right where he had initially committed to from a pricing perspective. We got Christian to evaluate our property for sale a few years ago, and his advice was to hold off for a few years, as the market was quite soft. We ended up going with another local estate agent, who told us what we wanted to hear, then once the ink was dry had us listing the property for 20% below what he had said he could get us. At auction day that agent asked me my reserve, which hadn't changed since we enlisted him, and he said that reserve would make him look like an idiot. He didn't need my help! The property passed in at auction. We realised then that Christian was the only agent who had given us an honest appraisal.
