Christian Lonzi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was a difficult situation insofar as four Family Members were vendors in the property and we all had slightly different expectations for the sale. Christian was able to appease any concerns with reliable up to date market information without the "spin" usually associated with Real Estate Agents. Further, because some Family Members were interstate we really needed to trust his presence on the ground. It was therefore a great relief to have honest feedback delivered from Christian (both positive and negative) in a timely fashion after every open for inspection. Christian was always promptly on the phone after each open for inspection with a candid view on numbers and feedback and also diligently followed up interested parties. We believed in and were assured by Christian's honest, no nonsense approach. He was easy, fun and trustworthy to deal with.
