This is the second time Christian has assisted in selling my property. Both prior the sale & after Christian has been very supportive & helped with trades, cleaners & household items to on sell. I rate him one of the highest people in the business. He is always there to assist & in Covid times he is extremely valuable. Jenny Honan
Christian is a great guy. Lovely, honest & genuine. The whole sales process has been smooth & I am over the moon to have found a home for us in this crazy environment.
Christian is very friendly, professional and approachable. He’s been very proactive in following things through.
As a buyers agent I deal with a lot of agents and I will say Christian is a great agent to work with. He brings to the transaction an important combination of skills which include, a through knowledge of the property , a trustworthy disposition and effective communication skills while making it clear through his actions he is doing the best for the client he is representing.
Christian was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my property. Very reassuring, responsive and always friendly and helpful throughout the process. Being overseas based I needed an agent that was going to drive for the best price with the least fuss and be able to coordinate things on the ground that I couldn’t - Christian and the team and Belle delivered. Unlike some other agents, Christian and team had a clear vision and strategy for the sale which they communicated and were always clear with their advice. Strongly recommend.
Christian was kind, responsive, helpful and went above and beyond for us! We’re so grateful for him and couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help us get our first home!
Christian kept in contact with me on a regularly basis. He answered every question I had and was always punctual at all the meetings we had. He worked extremely hard at both viewing the property to prospective buyers , calling all potential buyers and gave me feedback on a regular basis. He drove the sale, organised an auction very quickly and sold the property for much more than I was expecting in a couple of weeks. I am very happy with Christian and the work he did for me. I could not recommending him more highly
Christian Percuoco (Sales Executive) exhibited true professionalism and showed what a team effort can achieve. He was very reliable and kept me regularly updated after inspections during the sales process, which went seamlessly. He has the highest recommendation to represent the clients' best interests, and without hesitation I would engage him again.
Christian was an important factor in my choice of Belle Property Neutral Bay Cammeray. He was confident in working with Mark Jackson and as part of a successful Belle agency. Always polite and willing to work hard showed me I was a valued customer. Thank you!
Christian helped us prepare our investment property for sale. We wanted to sell before Easter and Christian went above and beyond to help us. Communications was always open and transparent. One of us was interstate for the entire campaign which added more complexity, but his flexible approach and honesty helped us navigate any issues which came up. When we met on auction day we aligned our approach and went forward without issue. I would happily recommend Christian as an agent of choice.
Christian was absolutely amazing. Extremely personable, always lovely to work with during the campaign, providing regular feedback and friendly with both prospective buyers and the seller. Christian was professional, courteous and respectful. Thank you so much Christian and the Belle team!
