In late 2016 I wished to sell my property in Banora Point - a three bedroom unit in a strata title complex of 70 units. Christian and I were in close agreement on the market price of the property, the same office was managing the rental of the property and my family (not me) had previously dealt with Christian and his father. Accordingly, I appointed him as the selling agent. Christian kept me informed of prospective buyers and we found a suitable deal in good time. The price was satisfactory, and Christian negotiated an increase of a few thousand dollars over the buyer's initial offer. The deal was handled to my complete satisfaction without any delays and no issues arising.
