Christian is a very straight shooter. As a first home/property buyer I’ve had many dealings with many agents while finding just the right property. Many hounded and harrassed us for further viewings etc and some just downright refused to help as they considered us too under budget. Never once did we feel we were being sweet talked in order to secure a commission. His knowledge of the area is first rate and he told it how it was, pros and cons, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Once we notified him of wanting to make an offer the process was fast and efficient. Again, we never felt like we were delayed or stalled in order to get a higher offer in. As first timers he was nothing but helpful and supportive through the process and was just what we needed. He’s made a young family very happy.
