We invited Christie in to appraise our holiday house on the island and we knew she was the one to help us sell, her friendly personality and research before her arrival put her in the box seat over her opponent, mined you not all was clear sailing but to Christie's credit when I voiced my frustration of some of the agents tactics to get a property to sell she took it on board and moved on to find us a buyer. Christie was realistic when setting my expectations for what I could get for my house, which demonstrates her in-depth market knowledge. Communication was open and when needed, telling me if those inspecting the house were serious buyers or just tyre kickers. She also patiently listened to me when I went on one of my rants. Having someone local who can arrange inspections outside of scheduled viewings is a must. Great result.
