Christina consistently provided us with correct information and updates about the vendor, strata arrangements and related considerations (incl. tax, payment schedules etc.). She was diligent and transparent throughout the buying process and took the time needed to familiarise us with the property (incl. a Sunday morning). Her background as a chartered accountant added to her credibility and competence. Our experience has been very positive throughout the buying process, including the handover to a property manager who found us a tenant within 3 days after settlement. We would definitely work with Christina again should we buy or sell a property.
