Kind, honest and professional

Excellent agent - great communicator

Christina was outstanding in managing the sale of my property. I felt Christina was dedicated to delivering the best outcome from providing initial advice, preparing for sale and then during the campaign. Christina was aways responsive and a clear and reassuring communicator - even taking my calls and providing reports when she was on holidays. I did not feel like her time or attention was stretched over too many properties. My property sold within two weeks and right on my original target price. Christina understood the value of the area and my property, and is an expert in dealing with negotiations. I would happily recommend Christina and sign with her again.

Outstanding! Knowledgable, proactive, and professional

As a first home buyer, it's a daunting process. But from my first interaction, all the way to settlement, Christina was absolutely amazing. Christina was recommended to me from another owner in the block, as she knew that I was looking a Real Estate Agent to sell our mothers apartment. Her comment was " She goes over and above!" This is certainly true. Christina had extensive knowledge of the current market and recent sales in the area. She was available to contact any time of the day even out of hours and replied promptly, to any concerns or questions that I had. Christina was extremely professional and very organised. There wasn't any job or trades person that she couldn't organise promptly. She had exemplary communication with my sister, brother and I as to the progress of the sale of our unit. Fantastic Agent that got us a Block Record

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Christina. Having bought my property off Christina 9yrs I knew she would be the best person to sell it now. Christina's recommendations on a cleaning service to help sell the property was a huge help, saving us time and energy. Excellent market knowledge and extremely helpful
