
Christina was fantastic when we first started our buying and selling process. We had a very smooth time when purchasing a property but not with selling our apartment. To begin with, we had multiple open inspections with several people attending but soon we had opens where no one would attend and then our property didn't sell at Auction. Things went downhill from here. There was very little planning after the first week post auction and we were pressured into doing open inspections that were incredibly inconvenient and caused a lot of stress. For example, a private inspection when I was 2 days post abdominal surgery. Then the only plan that Christina has was to lower the asking price. There was no other strategy to try and sell the apartment. We would have liked to change to a different real estate company earlier in the process but we had been locked into a 120 day contract post auction, which I have been told is usually 30 or 60 days. So we were unable to transfer to a different agency. When we eventually did transfer to a different real estate agent, we sold our property for a higher price than Christina thought we could get and it only took 3 weeks.
